This offer does not apply to Oil Furnaces, Boilers, or Geothermal Systems. $52 Checkup and $52 repair discount is applicable to one unit with a maximum of four per home. Customer must pay the $52 Checkup fee in order to be eligible to receive the following discount for repair or towards a new system. If a customer schedules a Checkup and the system is down when the Technician arrives and the customer decides not to go with Sobieski, they are still responsible for the cost of the A/C Checkup. All other standard pricing is remains the same.
