Sobieski Life Safety can customize your alarm monitoring services to align with your operating needs and your budget. Our standard operating procedures include verification of the alarm with proper identification, police or fire dispatch as needed, notification to the contact list you specify and follow–up with the authorities.
This system provides basic residential and small commercial service, monitoring burglary, fire, panic, holdup, low battery and A/C fail.
The system sends a communicator test on a daily, weekly or monthly basis to ensure the system is operable. These tests log to the account history and can be monitored with a schedule. If the system fails to send a communicator test, we will notify the alarm company and/or the subscriber.
Commercial systems report arming (closing) and disarming (opening) and log to the account history. “Log only” O/C signals are logged to the account history without any schedule or operator intervention. These reports can be mailed on a weekly or monthly basis or accessed and printed from E–Access. “Supervised” O/C signals are monitored based on a predetermined schedule. In the event an opening or closing is missed, we notify the contact list. Burglary and trouble conditions are also included with this service.
Sobieski Life Safety can provide a dedicated 800 number for each elevator and respond to emergencies with fire rescue as well as building maintenance.
Temperature alert, low and high water levels and chlorine gas are a few examples of conditions that can be monitored on a standard account.
