Sobieski Custom Homes Division of Newark, DE is looking to hire a full-time HVAC Installer to win repeat business by doing quality installations of heating and cooling systems in Custom Homes. This person would also help train HVAC helpers. Are you interested in a career with a growing company and supportive team? Our HVAC mechanics typically works 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM with overtime expected during peak periods. This Custom Home HVAC Installer position earns a top pay, depending on experience. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RESIDENTIAL CUSTOM HOMES HVAC INSTALLER
- Licensed as a journeyman (preferred) OR 5+ years of new home construction experience
- Knowledge of applicable state codes
- Hands-on knowledge of residential HVAC construction and ability to read blueprints
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outside in a variety of weather conditions, from heights, and in tight spaces
- Have own hand tools regularly used by HVAC mechanics
