What to expect on your Tune-Up call:
- Receive a call from our dispatcher 30 – 45 minutes prior to the technician arriving at your home.
- A Sobieski Services technician arrives at your home with a fully stocked truck, protective mask, gloves and booties on his shoes, and a smile on his face.
- The technician performs our signature AC Tune-Up, customized for your unit type.
- The technician discusses his findings and if there is any need for additional service or repair, any necessary flat-rate priced solutions with you to determine your best options.
- Services or repairs are completed, the work area is cleaned, and the technician reviews the services or repairs with you.
