Looking for a maintenance agreement to cover a heating unit AND an air conditioning unit? Choose the Gold Membership, and you’ll receive:
- 1 annual preventative maintenance for 1 heat unit
- 1 annual preventative maintenance for 1 AC unit
- 15% off all services and repairs
- 10% off equipment upgrades
- NO overtime fees
- Agreement stays with the unit, and is owner transferable

*HEAT PUMPS ARE 2-IN-1 UNITS AND REQUIRE A GOLD AGREEMENT TO BE COVERED FOR BOTH HEAT AND AC PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE. A furnace unit that is connected to the heat pump is still considered as a separate unit from the heat pump, and will require its own agreement in order to have its own preventative maintenance performed.
