*HEAT PUMPS ARE 2-IN-1 UNITS AND REQUIRE A GOLD AGREEMENT TO BE COVERED FOR BOTH HEAT AND AC TUNE UPS. A furnace unit that is connected to the heat pump is still considered as a separate unit from the heat pump, and will require its own agreement in order to have its own tune up performed.
