On May 30, 2001, Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), Delaware and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) signed a major new partnership agreement that recognizes the ABC Platinum Safety Program as a benchmark standard for safety.   J. F. Sobieski, Inc., a Platinum Level Safety Member, was recognized as one of the 'best of the best' in safety by OSHA. 

In 2006, both of our construction companies in mechanical and fire protection received this prestigious recognition again!

The ABC STEP (Safety, Training and Evaluation Process) program recognizes contractors on an annual basis for company-wide safety performance at various levels. Platinum level members have demonstrated the highest safety standards exemplifying the best safety practices and a proven track record of outstanding safety programs and performance.
