I would like to recognize several of your employees for their service in conjunction with a heating problem at the home of Mr. and Mrs. V___ I am a Literacy Volunteer helping Mrs. V___ to learn English. When I arrived at the home on February 7 for an English lesson, I found the home freezing cold and learned the family, which includes five children, had been completely without heat for several days. They had one space heater set up in a bedroom where all seven of them had been sleeping.

I called Sobieski immediately and had the good fortune to speak with M___ who, over the course of two days, proved to be immeasurably helpful and as concerned about the family's circumstances as I was. She went way above and beyond the call of duty.
